WHAT ABOUT EMERGENCIES & URGENT CARE?
Emergencies and urgent visits are seen during normal business hours as walk-ins and may be subject to an emergency exam fee. If you have an emergency feel free to come in immediately and give us a call while en-route so we can be prepared for your arrival. Non-life threatening, minor urgent care cases are also welcome and will be seen as walk–ins.
Due to the nature of our business, please expect delays. Doctor and staff have experience managing and treating life threatening emergencies from minor to urgent care. However, be aware that you may be referred to an emergency hospital or a specialist in some cases. Our clinic can remain open extended hours for emergencies, to cater to clients who would prefer to visit us first in case of emergency due to costs or distance, but please call first so we can be prepared for you visit.
All industry appropriate tests and treatments will be recommended for each patient that comes to see us, no matter the situation.
We accept debit, credit (with valid ID) and cash.
We also accept Care Credit payment plans (www.carecredit.com).
All patients are examined by the veterinarian, thus an exam fee is always mandatory for any visit (sick pet, emergency, vaccinations, etc).
Medical conditions, recommendations and cost will be discussed during examination. No additional services after the exam will be provided without consent of the owner.
